I would like to get Orlando Theme Park Tickets posted to my home address. Is that possible?

It is no longer possible to post physical printed tickets to your home address. Like most worldwide attractions, the main Orlando theme parks have now transitioned to gate-ready digital tickets that can be downloaded to a Smartphone and no longer issue printed tickets.

These digital tickets are are still the same tickets, with the same great benefits included, they will just be fulfilled digitally. When you book a Disney, Universal or SeaWorld Parks ticket with American Attractions, we will upload digital tickets to your Customer Account as soon as your tickets have been paid in full.

Are my Orlando theme park tickets gate-ready? 

Yes, all tickets for the major Orlando theme parks are gate-ready. Simply scan the barcode or QR code at the Disney park entrance for direct entry.

Special Instructions for Walt Disney World Tickets. Please remember that you must create Disney MagicMobile Passes using the My Disney Experience App for a contactless way to enter the Disney Parks using your smartphone. Disney MagicMobile passes are gate-ready and give instant admission to Disney Theme parks in conjunction with a Disney Theme Park Reservation - see our Disney MagicMobile Information Guide for detailed instructions on how to create Disney MagicMobile passes. 

How will I receive my Orlando Theme Park Tickets? 

Disney Parks:

  • Your Disney Ticket confirmation can be downloaded from your customer account as soon as your Disney tickets are paid in full. Upon receipt of your Disney Ticket Confirmation, create an account on the My Disney Experience Website and link your Disney Confirmation to your My Disney Experience Account. 
  • Download the My Disney Experience App and create a Disney MagicMobile pass for each ticket in your My Disney Experience account. Add your Disney MagicMobile pass to the Wallet app on iPhone or the digital wallet on other smart devices. For added ease, you may also store multiple passes on a single device, a great option for families. 
  • Easily Enter the Disney Parks and More: Disney MagicMobile passes are gate-ready and give instant admission to Disney Theme parks in conjunction with a Disney Theme Park Reservation. Simply hold your iPhone, smartphone or Apple Watch near an access point when entering the parks just like you do with a physical ticket or MagicBand. For those that would prefer to have physical tickets for Disney, at this time you can still take your Disney Ticket Confirmation to any Ticket window located at the entrance of each Disney Park to redeem for printed tickets (subject to change without notice).

Universal Parks

  • Gate-ready Universal Ticket(s) can be downloaded directly to your smartphone from your Customer Account as soon as your Universal Tickets are paid in full
  • Simply scan the QR code at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay for instant access to the parks. 
  • Alternatively, print the tickets in advance if you do not own a smartphone.

SeaWorld Parks 

  • Gate-ready SeaWorld Parks Ticket(s) can be downloaded directly to your smartphone from your Customer Account within 24 hours of purchase. 
  • Simply scan the barcode at the entrance to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatic and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay for instant access to the parks. 
  • Alternatively, print the tickets in advance if you do not own a smartphone.

Can I secure my Orlando Theme Park tickets now with a Deposit Payment?

Yes, you can secure your Orlando tickets with a deposit of £25 per person. You can pay your balance with instalments, with the final balance due 6 weeks prior to your departure. 

How long does Ticket Delivery take?

Once you have paid in full the majority of tickets will be available to download from your customer account immediately. SeaWorld Tickets and excursion tickets may take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your customer account. 

How does the Disney Magic Ticket Work? 

  • First, you need to select the date you would like to start using your Disney Magic Ticket.
  • You can use the Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket over an 18 day validity window from the date selected.
  • You can use the Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket over a 15 day validity window from the date selected.
  • You can start using your Disney Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but remember the ticket will expire in full at the end of the window irrespecitve of the number of days used. 
  • Disney Magic Tickets offer admission to four Disney Theme Parks plus the Disney Water Parks for the duration of the ticket. To enter a Disney Park, both a valid Disney Ticket AND a date-specific theme park reservation are now required. Disney Theme park reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until you have confirmed your places on the Disney Park Pass System.
  • On receipt of your Disney tickets, you must link them to a My Disney Experience account to book your park reservations. It is your responsibility to reserve your Disney theme park days.
  • Disney 'Park Hopping' is available each day at 2.00pm subject to the park's capacity limitations.

How do I book my Disney Park Days?

On receipt of your Disney Ticket Confirmation, you can start booking your Disney Park days by linking this confirmation to your My Disney Experience. See our Disney Theme Park Reservations Guide for more detailed information on how to link your Disney tickets to My Disney Experience and reserve your Disney Park days.

I have booked Disney Tickets with a deposit. Will the Disney Parks get full before my balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure?

It is extremely unlikely that the Disney Parks will get to full capacity until a few days in advance if at all. In non-peak periods it is unlikely that the Disney Parks will reach full capacity. If you are concerned about Disney Parks reaching capacity and you wish to make your Disney Park reservations sooner, you do not need to wait until 6 weeks prior to your departure date to clear your balance. We will send your Disney Ticket confirmation as soon as your balance is paid.

Included in the price of your Disney Magic Ticket, Disney Genie service is a handy digitial service that lets you create your best Disney Park days with a recommended personal itinerary based on your own attraction and dining interests. Download the Disney Genie App in advance of your visit to Walt Disney World and choose from your favourite attractions, dining, entertainment, Character experiences, plus special interests like princesses, villains and more. Then let Disney Genie manage your day with easy access to existing planning features like forecasted wait times for rides, restaurant check-in, mobile food ordering and more.

Do I need to make park reservations for Universal or SeaWorld theme parks?

No. Park reservations are only needed (at this time) for the Disney Parks. No reservations are needed for the Universal Parks - Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay - or the SeaWorld Parks - SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens. Only a valid Universal or SeaWorld ticket is required to enter those parks. 

Do I have to book a date for Discovery Cove? 

Yes. Discovery Cove is a reservation-only experience with attendance limited to 1000 guests per day. You must select your Discovery Cove visit date at the time of booking. Discovery Cove packages may also include admission to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens. This portion of the ticket is open-dated and activated the first time you visit one of those parks.
