What is FastPass+?

FastPass+ puts you in complete control of how you spend your time in the Walt Disney World Resort, with the ones you care about most. This revolutionary innovation allows you to pre-book your favourite attractions and experiences up to 30 days before you travel. In addition, it also enables you to reserve select Character Greetings, shows, parades and fireworks.

Are my tickets FastPass+ enabled?

Yes, all of our Walt Disney World tickets have the FastPass+ functionality at no extra charge. This allows you to reserve attractions, rides, dinners, shows and so much more from 30 days before you arrive. For those guests staying on-site at a Disney hotel, you can pre-book up to 60 days before you arrive.

For added convenience, you can even change your plans on the go once you arrive at Disney. With free WiFi and a dedicated app to log all of your reservations, you can stay in control throughout your holiday. If you need any extra assistance, kiosks are available throughout the parks and Disney’s cast members will be on hand to help.

Will the new airport security electronic checks affect me?

If you are travelling to the UK, US or Canada you are advised to ensure that all of your electronic and electrical devices (including phones, tablets, e readers and laptops) that you are storing in your hand luggage, are sufficiently charged to be switched on upon demand. These additional security checks have been put in place to prove that devices are genuine. To avoid any disappointment we recommend that you have a minimum of 20% charge on all devices when you are boarding your flight. 

 

When are the tickets valid for?

With the exception of Disney, Universal and SeaWorld tickets (which are now date specific to the year in which you travel) and certain special offer tickets, the majority of our tickets advertised are valid for use whenever you travel, be it next month or in 5 years time! Please double check the individual tickets you are interested in to make sure there are no restrictions.

Can we pay a deposit only?

Yes, you can secure your tickets with a deposit of £25 per person, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to your departure. You can pay this balance over the phone.

How long does delivery take?

Once you have paid in full, our standard delivery period is 14 days from booking. If you require your tickets more urgently then we can also offer delivery within;
• 7 working days @ £8.95 per booking, or
• Next working day @ £10.95 per booking
Rates are applicable to each booking, no matter how many tickets are included.
Please note that the above Express services are only available for clients in the UK.

Do you charge for credit card transactions?

No. Payments by either Visa or Mastercard (Debit or Credit) are free of charge.  We do charge 2.5% for AMEX cards which we can take over the phone. Lines are open from 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week.

Do you offer group bookings?

Due to our strict low pricing policy, it is not possible to offer any further discounts on our published rates. We believe that the best value tickets should be available to everybody no matter how many are purchased.
