What is FastPass+?

Disney FastPass+ service lets you reserve selected attractions, Character experiences and shows up to 30 days in advance, before you even leave home (or up to 60 days for Disney Resort Hotel guests).

Guests can also manage their attraction reservations using the My Disney Experience App.

If you change your mind while you are there don’t worry, you can amend your reservations on the go in the park using the free WiFi throughout Walt Disney World Resort or you can use the in-Park kiosks.

What are the benefits?

  • You can plan your special time at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida by using the online and mobile My Disney Experience tools to help you take control of your holiday.

  • The idea of Disney FastPass+ service is that by planning your time in advance is to maximise your time in the six amazing Disney Parks.

    You can also make reservations at your favourite Walt Disney World Resort restaurants, 180 in advance of your trip.

How do I start planning my Walt Disney World holiday in advance?

Once you have received your Disney tickets in the post from American Attractions, you can start planning with My Disney Experience straight away with your ticket card number.

Once you have linked your ticket card with My Disney Experience, you can:

  • Connect with family and friends in your travel group by adding them to your friends list. This will allow you to make and share all your plans together – including your FastPass+ selections which can be customised by each person in the party, depending on their favourite attractions.
  • Personalise your profile by selecting your favourite Disney Character and entering a few details so you can enjoy your very own homepage.
  • Start adding each day of your visit including your FastPass+ selections, dining reservations, wish list items and reminder notes.

Do my Disney tickets include FastPass+?

Yes, all of our Walt Disney World tickets have the FastPass+ functionality at no extra charge. This allows you to reserve attractions, rides, meals, shows and so much more before you arrive.

For added convenience, you can even change your plans on the go once you arrive at Walt Disney World. With free WiFi and a dedicated app to log all of your reservations, you can stay in control throughout your holiday. If you need any extra assistance, kiosks are available throughout the parks and Disney’s Cast Members will be on hand to help.

Why should I book my Disney tickets through American Attractions?

What's the difference between the MagicBands and Cards?

There is no additional functionality for the MagicBand over a card; the only clear distinction is that:

Cards will be issued to off-site guests.
Anyone who is staying off-site when visiting Orlando but has purchased a Walt Disney World theme park ticket will be issued with a card. The card contains your ticket details and is fully FastPass+ enabled.

MagicBands will be issued to on-site guests.
Any customers staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel will be issued with a MagicBands. The MagicBands include the room and ticket details (plus Disney Dining if purchased) and are designed for on-site guests to wear for convenience.

To activate your card you will have to sign it on the reverse. To begin personalising your profile for your Walt Disney World holiday please use the ticket number in the bottom left corner this will allow you to start planning and sharing your holiday.

Can I swap my card for a band?

Yes, guests can purchase a MagicBand once they are in the Walt Disney World Resort for $12.95pp + tax.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens if I miss a reserved ride time or I want to make a change?

You can make changes to your Disney plans at any time either before you go, or in the parks. If you need any further help then look out for the kiosks and Disney Cast Members who will be on hand to assist, and even give you revised print outs of your itinerary.

N.B. Make sure you connect to the FREE WiFi, which is available throughout the resort and will make using the app cheaper and quicker.

Q: How far in advance can I make restaurant reservations?

You can start reserving your favourite restaurants up to 180 days in advance of your Walt Disney World Resort.

Q: Can I purchase My Memory Maker through American Attractions?

Memory Maker is included with all Walt Disney World Ultimate Adult tickets when purchased through American Attractions.
