Coronavirus Update

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to disrupt travel arrangements with quarantine restrictions, border closures, changing FCO advice and attraction closures. With all this uncertainty, we understand that you want to know what this means for your Orlando ticket booking. Our latest amendment and cancellation information can be found below that should help answer any questions or queries you have concerning your tickets. If you need further clarification or have any questions, our Customer Service Team is waiting to help. For the fastest response to your questions, it is recommended that customers call rather than email where possible.

The following revised amendment and cancellation policies apply to all bookings departing up to 31 March 2021. For bookings departing 1 April 2021 onwards, flights and holidays are currently scheduled to go ahead as normal and our standard cancellation terms apply. Please refer to the specific ticket description page for the ticket cancellation policy.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR WALT DISNEY WORLD FLORIDA, UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT OR SEAWORLD PARKS TICKETS AND YOU ARE CHANGING YOUR HOLIDAY TO ANOTHER DATE IN 2021

Disney Ultimate Tickets

  • 2020 Disney Ultimate Tickets with an extended validity – Customers that received their 2020 Disney Ultimate Tickets on or before 7 June 2020, the ticket validity was automatically extended to 16 September 2021 and can be first activated at any time on or before this date. Keep hold of your tickets if you are departing for Orlando anytime up to 15 September 2021. If your holiday dates change to a date on or after 16 September 2021, tickets must be returned to us as per the return of ticket process below and replaced with new tickets that are valid for your revised visit dates. The price difference will be payable.
  • Disney 14 Days for the Price of 7 Ultimate Ticket for 2021 – tickets are open-dated and can be first activated anytime on or before 12 September 2021. If you are departing for Orlando up to 11 September 2021, your tickets will be valid. If your holiday departure date changes to a date on or after 12 September 2021, tickets must be returned to us as per the return of ticket process outlined below. We will replace them with new tickets that are valid for your revised visit dates. The price difference will be payable.
  • Disney 7 & 14 Day Ultimate Tickets for 2021 – tickets are open-dated and can be first activated any time on or before 31 December 2021. Keep hold of your tickets if you are still visiting Orlando in 2021.

Universal Explorer Tickets

  • 2020 Universal Explorer Tickets with an extended validity – the expiry of 2020 Universal Orlando Explorer Tickets was automatically extended until 4 December 2021 and can be first activated anytime on or before this date. Keep hold of your tickets if you are departing for Orlando anytime up to 3 December 2021. If your holiday dates change to a date on or after 4 December 2021, tickets must be returned to us as per the return of ticket process below and replaced with new tickets that are valid for your revised visit dates. The price difference will be payable.
  • 2021 Universal Explorer Tickets – tickets are open-dated and can be first activated any time on or before 31 December 2021. Keep hold of your tickets if you are still visiting Orlando in 2021.

SeaWorld Parks 3 for 2 Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Aquatica Ticket/2-Park SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Tickets

  • 2020 SeaWorld Park Admission Tickets with an extended validity – the expiry of 2020 SeaWorld Admission Tickets was automatically extended until 31 December 2021 and can be first activated at any time on or before this date. Keep hold of your tickets if you are departing for Orlando any time in 2021.
  • 2021 SeaWorld Park Admission Tickets – tickets are open-dated and can be first activated any time on or before 31 December 2021. Keep hold of your tickets if you are still visiting Orlando in 2021.

Orlando Combo Tickets

  • Our Orlando Combo Tickets are created using the individual Disney, Universal and SeaWorld Tickets listed above. Please refer to the instructions listed above for each ticket type.

If you are unsure whether your Orlando Combo includes a Disney 14 Day Ultimate Ticket or Disney 14 for 7 Ultimate Ticket, you can view the ticket validity on MyDisneyExperience.co.uk once you have created your account and linked your Disney tickets.

Discovery Cove Packages & SeaWorld Extras

  • Discovery Cove tickets and SeaWorld Extras are date specific and your booking/tickets must be amended if your holiday dates change. Please call our customer services team on 0800 221 8546 if you need to amend your booking.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR WALT DISNEY WORLD FLORIDA, UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT OR SEAWORLD PARKS TICKETS AND YOU ARE CHANGING YOUR HOLIDAY TO 2022

If you wish to change the dates of your tickets to 2022, we will waive all admin fees, so only the difference in the ticket price will be payable (if the price is different). Tickets must be returned and replaced with new tickets that are valid for use in 2022.

Return of Ticket Process

i) Return the tickets to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please include the original packing slip or a covering note with your name and booking reference:

ii) We will update your booking and you will receive a confirmation by email.
iii) We will waive all admin charges. The new price of tickets will apply.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR WALT DISNEY WORLD FLORIDA, UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT OR SEAWORLD PARKS TICKETS AND WANT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

We are reducing cancellation fees to 20% if you wish to cancel Disney World Florida, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Parks bookings.

The 20% cancellation fee can be taken as a credit note to use at a later date, once you have finalised new holiday arrangements.  Your credit note will be valid to use on new bookings until 15 December 2021, for travel anytime up to 31 December 2022.

Customers who upgraded their tickets to Protection-Plus can cancel their booking at any time and will receive a full refund, minus the cost of the policy.

LEGOLAND Florida, Kennedy Space Centre, Gatorland, Icon Park, Orlando Excursion and Experience Tickets can be cancelled for free with a full refund if your ticket has not been downloaded from your customer account.

Process for cancelling your tickets

i) Return original printed tickets to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery (only applicable for tickets that have been posted to you). Please include the original packing slip or a covering note with your name and booking reference:

ii) We will refund 80% (or the full cost minus the cost of the Protection-Plus policy) once refunds are received from our suppliers. Refunds can take 2-4 weeks, but we will do our best to expedite the process.

iii) We will confirm the refund payment and send a cancellation invoice by email which you can use for any insurance claim.

WALT DISNEY WORLD FLORIDA, UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT AND SEAWORLD PARKS TICKET BOOKINGS ON DEPOSIT

There will be a loss of deposit if you cancel your booking, so you may wish to keep your 2021 booking live until you know whether you can re-book your holiday for a later date in 2021 or 2022.

If your holiday is cancelled and you are unable to visit Orlando on the dates you booked originally, you can change the dates of your tickets to another date in 2021 or 2022. We will waive all amendment fees, with only the difference in ticket price being added to your outstanding balance (if applicable).

There is no rush to make a decision now. Once you are certain that your current 2021 holiday arrangements cannot go ahead as planned and you would like to amend your booking to another date in 2021 or 2022, please call our customer service team on 0800 221 8546 to notify us of your intention to defer travel to 2021 or 2022.

If amending your tickets to 2022, our customer service team will leave your deposit as a credit on your booking and update you when 2022 tickets become available.

To offer as much flexibility as possible, you can amend your booking for free more than once – so don’t worry if your plans change again.

ALL OTHER ORLANDO TICKETS

Important Note: Please refrain from downloading your tickets from your customer account. This makes it easier for us to apply the amendment and cancellation policies below as many tickets become non-refundable once downloaded.

Amending your booking

We will waive all amendment fees if you wish to amend your tickets to another date in 2021 or 2022 (when tickets are made available). The difference in the ticket price will be payable (if applicable) and new dates may be subject to availability.

Process for amending your tickets:

i) Email customerservices@americanattractions.co.uk to notify us of your intention to defer travel to another date.

ii) We will update your booking and you will receive a revised confirmation.

iii) We will waive all admin fees. New ticket prices may apply.

Cancelling your Booking

Many tickets can be cancelled with a full refund up to the point of travel or if digital tickets have NOT been downloaded from your customer account. Please see individual ticket description pages for product specific cancellation terms. If you have already downloaded your digital tickets or tickets that fall outside the free cancellation terms above, we are reducing cancellation fees to 20% where possible if you wish to cancel your booking.

Process for cancelling your tickets:

i) Confirm your intention to cancel by emailing customerservices@americanattractions.co.uk. Please quote your booking reference in the subject line. 

ii) We will refund once refunds are received from our suppliers. This could take 2-4 weeks due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, but we will do our best to expedite the process. 

iii) We will confirm the refund payment and send a cancellation invoice by email which you can use for any insurance claim (if cancellation fees have been applied to your booking).
