Your Tickets

The vast majority of tickets that we send are actual tickets with a high monetary value. They are our responsibility until they ave been signed for by you.

After you have signed for the tickets, they are your responsibility. As per our instructions on the confirmation invoice, we recommend that you photocopy the backs of the tickets as this will help the parks replace them should they be lost, damaged or stolen prior to your departure or while on holiday. However, we do not guarantee that the theme parks will be able to do so. This decision will be at their discretion and their decision will be final.

You should treat the attraction tickets as you would do your cash or passports and keep them safe at all time.

If you purchase our loss, damage or theft travel insurance, the terms and conditions of that policy apply and these are:

We will replace lost, damaged or stolen tickets

We will also provide you with an insurance document with an emergency helpline number.

If you change your booking

If you need to make a change to your booking once you have received your tickets (for example upgrading the number of days on your Disney tickets from 7 to 14), then this will be subject to an administrative charge of £10 per ticket, PLUS the difference between the selling price of the two tickets in question. Please contact us by phone to arrange this.

Please note that if you are cancelling tickets outright, then the cancellation charges outlined above in the section 'If you cancel your booking' will apply.

If we change your booking

We will endeavour never to change a confirmed booking. However, if it is necessary, you will be advised without delay and alternative comparable arrangements will be offered. You may choose to cancel in writing within 14 days of the notification and receive a full refund of all you have paid to date.
