When are the tickets valid for?
With the exception of Disney tickets (which are now date specific to either 2006 or 2007) and certain special offer tickets, the majority of our tickets advertised are valid for use whenever you travel, be it next month or in 5 years time! Please double check the individual tickets you are interested in to make sure there are no restrictions.
Can we pay a deposit only?
No unfortunately not. Full payment is required at time of booking as this enables us to issue your tickets straight away and lock in the low price for your tickets.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery period is 14 days from booking. If you require your tickets more urgently then we can also offer delivery within;
• 7 working days @ £5 per booking, or
• 3 working days @ £10 per booking
Rates are applicable to each booking, no matter how many tickets are included.
Please note that the above Express services are only available for clients in the UK.
Why charge for credit card transactions?
Many other companies will advertise no credit card fees but include this in the price of their tickets. In order for us to offer the best possible value-for-money, we had to remove all additional fees and strip the cost of each ticket down to the “bare-bones”. We believe that the prices of our attraction tickets are exceptional even with the credit card charge; however payments by debit card are not subject to additional costs and we feel that this saving should therefore be passed on to our clients.
Do you offer group bookings?
Due to our strict low pricing policy, it is not possible to offer any further discounts on our published rates. We believe that the best value tickets should be available to everybody no matter how many are purchased.
Can I have the £5 discount if I book by telephone?
The £5 discount is only available for bookings made over the internet. The reason we are able to offer this is because of the administration time that it saves our team. Please note that the £5 discount is per booking over £400, no matter how many tickets are purchased.
